Enjoy my favorite holiday!
Wedding Wednesday: Bachlorette!
I’m excited to share my bachlorette pictures with you today! I love outdoor dinner parties. Check out the night Chris and I got engaged last year here.
And my bachlorette preparation posts are here and here.
I am obsessed with mini champagne bottles. So we made them for the place settings!
I need flowers on every table! And coke in a bottle is always a must!
In the afternoon we set up Christmas lights over the table and began setting up for the night. I rented all the supplies down to the plates and glasses so the clean up would be easy.
No table is ready without flowers and a cake dome (or a couple!)
We had an extra chair so we used it to welcome the guests!
Toast to the night!
We had an amazing time! After dinner we went off to my favorite champagne bar to celebrate even more!
Happy Monday
Hope everyone had a great weekend. It was so nice to actually have some time at home. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have either homework or wedding planning occupying my whole weekend.
Here is my weekend through instagram. Be sure to follow me! liannamke!
Date night with my new china!
lobster and scallops yum! My sister and brother in law live in Maine and they always bring us lobster when they come. It was a perfect first date night at home as newly weds.
The next morning I couldn’t help myself. I busted out my grandma’s china and did some mixing with my new wedding china tea cups. I had so much fun having an adult version of playing house! I used an old table runner from my pop up party last year. I like having these runners around the house – they make a perfect back drop for different table settings!
I like the way the older dinner plate mixes so well with the updated tea cups. So cute!
Breakfast was delish!
and Sunday we had a lazy day resting with my boys.
Happy Monday: back to reality
Sorry it has been a while. I am officially back from my wedding and honeymoon and can’t wait to share with you some of the pics over the next couple of weeks! After being gone from work for 1.5 weeks I think today is going to be a rough one.
Although it is a bit sad to have my wedding over I am pumped to have a summer free of school, catch up on piling up projects, and most importantly sharing them with you!
Hope everyone has a great week!

Happy Monday: catching up!
What a crazy month! I have been so busy. 2 weeks ago I finished school for the summer. Couldn’t be happier not doing homework. This week I traveled to NYC for work. And I have been preparing for my wedding on Friday! So many things to do. Here is catching up via instagram.
Coming home for NYC last week – what a great view to welcome me back!
It is slowly warming up here in Milwaukee and I couldn’t be happier for the good weather. Chris and I have been getting in lot of walks with the pup.
My office threw me a wedding shower and got me these gorgeous peonies – my favorite!
Much overdue date night at Rumpus Room.
Picked up Sofia sparkling for the bus after the wedding – can’t wait!
