I love these new pillows i just made recently. The navy and white florals are the best!
I had extra fabric so if you are in the market for some navy and white – shoot me a message for pricing!!!
I love forcing bulbs in the spring. It’s a perfect way to add some life after the holidays. In the past I have forced Paper White Bulbs, but wanted to try something different this year. I am loving the Amaryllis Bulbs. They are so big and fun, and so far they are lasting just as long as Paper Whites, which is usually a couple weeks. It takes a couple weeks to bloom and then the blossoms last a couple weeks.
I’m helping a friend pick some new pillows out for her family room. The room is already navy and white and we are going to pop the room a bit with some green. Thought I would drum up some inspiration to get the creative juices flowing.
Just some eye candy to get your through the halfway mark this week. Bailey has always been a favorite of mine, and once again she hit it out of the park with her new house renovation. Here is just a tease, but be sure to hit up the whole story on House Beautiful here.
Happy Wednesday!
ahh, how I love a good china cabinet. And more and more I keep seeing them pop up in decor. Everything from country to traditional to modern people are embracing them. As, you may know I have one in my living room. I thought it was a great thing to have in my living room as it takes up some nice space on a wall and it helps host stay to all my favorite glassware.
However, they are no longer just to store china. They can be a perfect place to store (or hide!) all sorts of things. I love this above Cabinet, Designed by Miles Redd and featured in House Beautiful, that has painted glass to completely conceal the inside.

I love the grandeur of having duplicate cabinets to create dramatic presence in a room.

And one of my favorites of all is bringing new life to the old with some fun, spunky colors!
Anyway I have been on a mad hunt for a new china cabinet. One for my sunroom to help hide all my crafts. I would love an old one to paint navy and then fill with baskets and such to conceal and help organize my life. Stay Tuned for when I find one!!
The Holidays have come and gone, but I wanted to share our NYE Dinner Table.
I have always wanted Christmas plates, but never really found the right ones. And, I never wanted to spend that much on them since you only use them a couple times a year. Well you can imagine how over the moon I was I found a full set of vintage Spode at a local consignment shop for $125. Not too bad.
As always I like to print mix with my tables. So I bought this toile in chartreuse and blue that I thought made the dishes rather updated and fun! Then I used some old West Elm napkins (from two years ago) to add additional prints!
