Wedding Wednesday: Bachlorette!

I’m excited to share my bachlorette pictures with you today! I love outdoor dinner parties. Check out the night Chris and I got engaged last year here.

And my bachlorette preparation posts are here and here.

Mini Wine Favors!

I am obsessed with mini champagne bottles. So we made them for the place settings!

making the flowers!

I need flowers on every table! And coke in a bottle is always a must!

setting up for the party!

In the afternoon we set up Christmas lights over the table and began setting up for the night. I rented all the supplies down to the plates and glasses so the clean up would be easy.

No table is ready without flowers and a cake dome (or a couple!)

welcome sign!

We had an extra chair so we used it to welcome the guests!

Toast to the night!

eating up!

We had an amazing time! After dinner we went off to my favorite champagne bar to celebrate even more!

Happy Monday

Hope everyone had a great weekend. It was so nice to actually have some time at home. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have either homework or wedding planning occupying my whole weekend.

Here is my weekend through instagram. Be sure to follow me! liannamke!

Date night with my new china!

seafood dinner!

lobster and scallops yum! My sister and brother in law live in Maine and they always bring us lobster when they come. It was a perfect first date night at home as newly weds.

breakfast!

The next morning I couldn’t help myself. I busted out my grandma’s china and did some mixing with my new wedding china tea cups. I had so much fun having an adult version of playing house! I used an old table runner from my pop up party last year. I likeĀ  having these runners around the house – they make a perfect back drop for different table settings!

china print mixing

I like the way the older dinner plate mixes so well with the updated tea cups. So cute!
