The wedding is getting so close and sincer I am doing my own flowers I have to finalize my pics. See my post HERE when I practiced my flowers last fall.
I am also excited because I got the below dress in the mail for my rehersal dinner! It’s getting so close!

This weekend was really specail. It was my first wedding shower thrown by my lovley sisters/bridesmaids/and mom. I had a great time and everything was perfect!
The appetizers were excellent and my friend Mary brought me the most beautiful flowers, which I arranged in the morning. Aren’t they beautiful!
One of our desserts were macaroons! LOVE!
I received so many lovely gifts including Waterford teacups, cake platters, and lot of lovely cocktail glasses!
I am such a lucky girl! Can’t believe the wedding is getting so close!
A good friend of mine just moved into a new place that has old built in china cabinets, like a lot of old Milwaukee homes. I am so excited to see how she styles it.
Couple things that I love about well desinged china cabinets.
1. Displaying all your beatiful pieces 2. I love cabinets lined with wallpaper 3. Stacking things so it feels like you are in a boutique instead of in your own kitchen 4. Mixing in art or decorative accents!
Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend. I had a lot of fun but as always it was busy. I had Friday off so I had some time to play with my new sewing machine. I am not a big sewer but I am excited to start learning…
Here is my first pillow I have every made. I made a couple mistakes but all i all – not too bad. I have a stack of fabric waiting for me to make more. Just have to find mroe free time!
